By accessing or using the HPH Solutions website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
HPH Solutions provides engineering design services for residential solar and storage installations, including plan sets, engineering coordination, and permitting guidance. All services are subject to a written scope of work agreed upon before work begins.
Our permitting and interconnection guidance is operational in nature. It is based on practical experience with jurisdictions and utilities. It does not constitute legal advice, and we do not represent or advise clients in legal disputes, regulatory proceedings, or contract negotiations.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of our plan sets and engineering documentation. However, building codes, utility requirements, and AHJ interpretations vary and change. Clients are responsible for verifying that submitted documents meet current local requirements.
HPH Solutions is not liable for delays, rejections, or additional costs resulting from changes in code requirements, AHJ interpretations, utility rules, or incomplete project information provided by the client. Our liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question.
Plan sets and engineering documents created by HPH Solutions are provided for the specific project and client identified in the scope of work. Reuse, redistribution, or modification of deliverables for other projects without written permission is not authorized.
Payment terms are specified in each project’s scope of work. Standard terms require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon delivery of the final package.
The scope of work defines the number of revision rounds included. Changes to project scope, equipment, or design parameters after work has begun may result in additional charges, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the point of termination are due and non-refundable.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
