Who We Work Best With

We’re designed to plug into teams that have their process together.

01

Residential Installers

Teams running repeatable installs who need a design partner that can match their pace—not slow them down with back-and-forth.

02

Storage-Forward EPCs

Companies deploying battery systems that need to stay program-compliant and VPP-ready after PTO—not just permitted.

03

Distributors & Sales Orgs

Equipment distributors and sales organizations whose installers need design support. Wholesale and white-label programs available.

Services

Every plan set is either PV-only (solar) or DER (solar + battery storage as one project).

For distributors and sales organizations: wholesale and white-label DER design programs available.

How We Work

A defined process from intake to delivery. No ambiguity, no scope creep.

1

Submit Complete Project Details

Site address, photos (roof, MSP, meter), equipment selections, and utility/program info. We confirm receipt and verify completeness. Incomplete submittals are returned before work begins.

2

Scope & Quote

You receive a clear scope of work with pricing. No surprises, no hidden add-ons. Approve it and we start immediately.

3

Design Delivered in 24 Hours

Complete plan set delivered for your review within 24 hours of approval. First project with a new partner may take slightly longer as we dial in your preferences. Revision rounds defined in scope.

4

Stamps & Delivery

Engineering stamps (structural and/or electrical) coordinated within 24 hours of design approval. You receive the complete, permit-ready package. AHJ correction support included.

Intake Requirements

We require complete project information before work begins: site address, photos (roof, MSP, utility meter), equipment selections, and utility/program details.

The 24-hour turnaround clock starts when we have everything we need. Incomplete submittals are returned for completion—not queued.

How Communication Works

Email-first. All project communication runs through email for documentation, accuracy, and a clear paper trail. Emails are responded to promptly—typically within hours.

Calls are available but written communication is strongly preferred. It keeps details precise and makes it easy to reference project specifics across multiple active jobs.

HPH Solutions designs solar + storage for the VPP era. Program rules, interconnection requirements, and DER architecture inform every plan set from the start—because the systems being permitted today are the same assets that will be dispatching into grid programs for the next twenty years.

The work runs on practitioner experience: NABCEP-certified design, ICC-certified permitting, and a Class A contractor’s eye for what actually gets built. Every set is accurate, complete, and tuned to the jurisdiction it’s headed to—the kind of submittal that clears review the first time.

HPH runs on standards, not size. Same intake process, same drafting conventions, same documentation rigor on every project—a model designed to stay sharp as it grows alongside the installers, EPCs, and design partners serving the VPP market.

I also track the programs, policies, and market shifts that shape how we design at vpp.services.

Deep experience with storage-first residential architectures and program-aware design.
